• Intervene in the development of civil works and land use planning projects, obtaining and analysing the necessary information and proposing different solutions
• Intervene in the drafting of written documentation for civil engineering and land use planning projects, through the preparation of reports, specifications, measurements, budgets and other required studies (safety, health and environmental, among others), using computer applications
• Prepare the graphic documentation of civil works and land use planning projects, representing the plans necessary to define them, using computer-assisted design computer applications
• Manage the documentation of projects and execution of civil works and land use planning, reproducing it and organizing it according to established quality criteria

To know, master and apply the fundamental aspects of the technical project in terms of content and administrative management in order to transfer them with solvency and accuracy to the planning and execution of works

• Develop the main criteria of the technical project: contents and administrative management
• Know the main agents involved in the technical project
• Master the documentary content of the execution project
• Correctly complete the administrative follow-up and the building permit
• Interpreting the legal aspects of the performance contract
• Carry out sequencing and planning
• Control schedules, critical paths, and slack
