We welcome you to the course Legal information on business activity with which you will discover the difference between public and private law, you will understand the concept of business law and you will learn the main aspects related to commercial law and its regulations
Professional Competences
The completion of this course will help you to achieve the following professional competencies:
- Process internal or external documents or communications in the company’s information circuits
- Prepare documents and communications based on orders received, information obtained and/or needs detected
- To process and carry out the administrative management in the presentation of documents in different organisms and public administrations, in the required time and form
- Prepare and present legal and business dossiers and documentation before Public Bodies and Administrations and any other public or private body
Objectives
General
To know the fundamental aspects of business law and our legal system, controlling the hierarchy of rules, the bodies involved in their preparation and the means of publication, understanding and also applying the difference between civil and commercial law, both at national and European level
Specific
- To know the meaning of commercial law in the legal field
- Distinguish between the different sources of law and the legal rules applicable to the field of business, especially civil and commercial law
- Identify European Union law in civil and commercial matters and relate it to national law
- To define the organizational-functional structures of the civil and commercial courts
- Understand European and national publications related to commercial law
- Classify the main legal forms of civil and commercial companies
- Analyze and prepare documents or communications used in the company, identifying the type of them and their purpose, to manage them
- Identify the company as a legal entity
- Interpreting the documentation of the company in its constitution and operation
