Welcome to the course Tourist information, services and office management with which you will acquire and share general knowledge about the tourism sector and deepen in professional and specific issues of a management team of tourist offices in traditional tourist areas, other destinations of cultural and / or heritage tourist interest and tourist information offices both national and international.

Objectives
General
To provide the student with the necessary tools to know how a tourist information office works and the structure of the different communication channels used in the dissemination of tourist information
Identify and analyse the needs demanded according to the different types of information centres and services, as well as knowing in depth the function and procedures in information management that can be applied from the offices
Specific
- To study the potential of the different territorial areas and of the tourist market of the area
- Detect existing institutional support
- Analyze the necessary information in order to promote the destination
- Design and modify territorial-based tourism products to meet the expectations of tourism demand and make the most of the resources and services offered by the environment
- Propose promotion and marketing actions for tourist destinations with a view to launching consolidation, setting the appropriate prices
