Welcome to the course Events: strategic management for a successful product with the acquire and share knowledge for the management and organization of events of any kind and know each of the stages of an event, from creation to production and closure. You will be able to apply what you have learned to any context, be it corporate, institutional, associative or in the field of foundations. We will work as a team to make each of our events a success
Professional Competences
The completion of this course will help you to achieve the following professional competencies:
- Analyze the tourism market for events to understand consumer needs, competitors’ strategies and the evolution of the sector, in order to find business opportunities
- Scheduling and bidding of the events that adapt in quality, time and prices to the demands of the client
- Program and offer services for congresses, conventions, fairs and other events, which are tailored to the expectations and needs of customers
- Select the suppliers, according to their quality/price ratio, calculating both costs and benefits, in order to set the final price of the offer
- Advise and propose to the client different alternatives of events, interpreting its requests and calibrating its necessities, to cover its expectations
- To apply assiduously the different tools of the technologies of the information and communication own of the sector in the performance of the tasks, as well as to maintain continuously updated in the same ones
- To set up an after-sales service in line with the offer and to attend to the client in order to respond to their requests and/or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and the quality of the services
- Manage administration tasks to meet legal, economic, and business requirements, including billing, collections, and payment operations so you can economically settle with customers and suppliers
