Welcome to the course Events: III. Implementation with the acquire and share knowledge for the management and organization of events of any kind focusing on the implementation phase. You will be able to apply what you have learned to any context, be it corporate, institutional, associative or in the field of foundations. We will work as a team to make each of our events a success
Professional Competences
The completion of this course will help you to achieve the following professional competencies:
- Analyze the tourism market for events to understand consumer needs, competitors’ strategies and the evolution of the sector, in order to find business opportunities
- Select the suppliers, according to their quality/price ratio, calculating both costs and benefits, in order to set the final price of the offer
- To apply assiduously the different tools of the technologies of the information and communication own of the sector in the performance of the tasks, as well as to maintain continuously updated in the same ones
- Manage administration tasks to meet legal, economic, and business requirements, including billing, collections, and payment operations so you can economically settle with customers and suppliers
