With the full course you will acquire and share knowledge to create, sell and manage any kind of package holidays. You will learn about each stage of management, from design to operation and quality control, and you will be able to apply what you learn to any context, whether wholesaler, tour operator, retailer or inbound. We will work as a team so that each of our package tours, vacation packages and tourist products are a quality product
Professional Competences
The completion of this course will help you to achieve the following professional competencies:
- Analyse the tourism market in order to understand consumer needs, competitors’ strategies and the evolution of the sector, in order to find business opportunities
- Program and offer package tours and other complex tourist services that adapt in quality, time and prices to the demands of the client
- Program and offer services for congresses, conventions, fairs and other events, which are tailored to the expectations and needs of customers
- Select the suppliers, according to their quality/price ratio, calculating both costs and benefits, in order to set the final price of the offer
- To advise and propose to the client different alternatives of tourist and analogous services, interpreting its requests and calibrating its necessities, to cover its expectations
- To reserve the rights of use of services and tourist products, calculating the tariffs to apply, to issue the bonds and documents of confirmation of the same ones
- To set up an after-sales service in line with the offer and to attend to the client in order to respond to their requests and/or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and the quality of the services
